QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience with Epoxy, Urethane Cement and/or Polished Concrete flooring applications
• Proven Leadership/Management experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.
• Ability to work long hours and/or weekends to meet our customers needs.
• OSHA10 or OSHA30 is a plus!

 YOUR ROLE:

• Uphold safety standards with toolbox meetings to ensure everyone's safety.
• Communicate and coordinate the daily plan effectively to employees.
• Identify any challenges immediately to minimize loss time or quality controls.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews, guaranteeing renowned workmanship.
• Lead and coordinate the team to achieve the objectives based on project expectations or last-minute changes. Flexibility is key to success. 
• Keeping daily and/or project notes that will provide clear and transparent communication with clients and management.
